How do I update my user information?

Go to your account page by clicking the account icon in the menu on desktop or through the burger menu on mobile. From here, you can access and edit your user information by clicking the button User and Department information.

How do I update my department information?

Go to your account page by clicking the account icon in the menu on desktop or through the burger menu on mobile. From here, you can access and edit your department information by clicking the button User and Department information.

If your user is connected to multiple departments, ensure you have selected the one you wish to update.

How do I create a new department on the same user?

Go to your account page by clicking the account icon in the menu on desktop or through the burger menu on mobile. From here, you can create a new department for your user by clicking the button Create Department.

How do I change what department to buy on behalf of?

Go to your account page by clicking the account icon in the menu on desktop or through the burger menu on mobile. From here, you can select a new department to browse in by clicking the button Select Department. You can only do this if you have multiple departments linked to your user.

Where can I find my order history?

Go to your account page by clicking the account icon in the menu on desktop or through the burger menu on mobile. From here, you can find your complete order history by clicking the button Order History.

How can I download an order as csv?

Access your Order History and click Export order to CSV either directly from the table or after opening a specific order by clicking View Order.

How do I change what country products to display?

You can change the country in the footer dropdown. The changing country will update the website to show products that are redeemable/usable in the country you choose.

How do I change the currency I want to pay in?

You can change the currency to purchase products through the footer dropdown. When you change from i.e., EUR to GBP, and you view a product that is natively in EUR, the price picker will show the original currency value as well as the value in EUR.

How do I purchase gift cards?

To purchase a gift card, you must go to a product page and put it in the basket. On the product page, you specify what value the gift card should contain, how it should be delivered, and who it should be delivered to.

If you wish to deliver the gift card to the recipient yourself, you can put in your own information when you put it in the basket.

Will names be put on the gift cards?

No. The recipient name you input when adding a product to the basket will not be put on the gift card. It will be shown on the receipt delivered to your e-mail.
